What is this?

This training diary software allows endurance athletes such as runners, cyclists, and swimmers to record their daily training and look at things like weekly totals.

It is not limited to use by competing athletes, it can also be used for recreation, or to help track health related targets.

It uses a simple and intuitive interface to allow the recording of:

  • Geographic data, such as distance and altitude gain.
  • Heartrate data
  • How hard a session was.
  • How good you felt during a session
  • Other details such as weather and who you were with.
  • So why is it free?

    This software is currently free for you to use because it is an experimental work, built originally for my own use, which could definitely be a lot better with testing and input from real users.
